StrategyIn order to maintain our mission, we will strive to provide our Customers with superior solutions in terms of value for money, response reliability, delivery quality and support.
This strategy involves the alignment of our business processes to the needs of our customers, whilst balancing the expectations of employees and workplace health and safety with environmental awareness with the community in general.
To support this strategy, our Operations System will define and control our business process. Our systems will help to prevent non-conformance in our service, thereby improving customer confidence whilst reducing waste and fuss.
Our Operations System will at least meet the requirement of applicable international models of quality assurance.
